Shahrooz Kashani

Shahrooz Kashani leads the Offshore Commercial and Tendering department at P&O Maritime Logistics, where he is responsible for the strategic development and execution of commercial initiatives across our offshore business. With more than twenty-five years of experience in the maritime and energy sectors, Shahrooz brings a deep understanding of complex tendering processes, client engagement, and market expansion strategies.

Since joining P&O Maritime Logistics, Shahrooz has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s offshore presence, securing key contracts, and driving performance through commercially sound and client-focused solutions. His leadership ensures the alignment of business goals with long- term growth opportunities across the GCC and broader global markets.

Shahrooz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Power Engineering. He combines technical expertise with strategic foresight and is recognised for his collaborative approach and results-driven mindset.
