Radostin Popov

Radostin Popov serves as Chief Business Development Officer at P&O Maritime Logistics, where he oversees the company’s global growth strategy, commercial development, and expansion into new markets. With more than 25 years of experience across the maritime, logistics, infrastructure, and oil and gas sectors, he brings deep expertise in business development, M&A, and operational performance.

Since joining P&O Maritime Logistics in 2013, Radostin has led major growth initiatives across all continents, including strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and long-term contract negotiations. Under his leadership, the company has delivered consistent double-digit revenue growth and secured high-value commercial partnerships that support long-term value creation.

Prior to this role, Radostin held senior positions at DP World and P&O, where he led large-scale development projects, managed post-acquisition integrations, and helped drive commercial transformation across global markets. His experience spans North America, Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

Radostin holds an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and a Master’s in Linguistics from Sts. Cyril and Methodius University.

Fluent in Bulgarian and Russian, he combines global business insight with a collaborative leadership approach, playing a central role in shaping the future of P&O Maritime Logistics.
