VP Business PerformanceAs VP Business Performance at P&O Maritime Logistics, Niraj Liya is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic, commercial and growth agenda.

He focuses on delivering sustainable growth, enhancing operational performance and commercial efficacy, and supporting high-impact investment decisions.

Since joining the company in 2018, Niraj has held several leadership roles, overseeing various initiatives—from greenfield project evaluations and complex bid processes to end-to-end M&A transactions and portfolio performance reviews. He is key in aligning business planning with long-term value creation in the fast-evolving maritime and logistics landscape.

Before joining P&O Maritime Logistics, Niraj spent over six years at Landmark Group, where he was part of Family office, M&A transactions, Group Strategy and helped launch a disruptive discount retail venture across the GCC region. His earlier experience spans across investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance, with a strong focus on deal execution and strategic growth.

Niraj is a Chartered Accountant from India and holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian School of Business.

He brings a collaborative, analytical, and results-driven approach to leadership, aligning closely with the company’s mission to pioneer.
