Antoine Troullier

Antoine Troullier is Chief Operating Officer Offshore Services at P&O Maritime Logistics, responsible for leading a fleet of 95 offshore vessels across the Middle East, Africa, and the Caspian region. He holds full P&L accountability and drives operational excellence across all aspects of offshore logistics, from vessel performance and contract delivery to client relationships with major energy players such as BP, ARAMCO, ADNOC, Qatar Energy, and Petrobras.

With more than 27 years of experience in the marine and offshore sector, Antoine combines deep technical expertise with a strategic, hands-on leadership style. A qualified marine engineer, he has worked extensively across vessel operations, offshore construction, and fleet management.

Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Antoine brings a truly international perspective to his role. He has lived and worked in over 15 countries—including the UAE, Brazil, China, South Africa, South Korea, the USA, and Qatar—which enables him to lead diverse, multicultural teams and navigate the complexities of global offshore operations with confidence and agility.
