Topaz re-branding recently announced

Topaz Energy and Marine Ltd., the leading marine services and oil & gas fabrication company, recently launched its new corporate brand at an event in Dubai.

Fazel A. Fazelbhoy, Chief Executive Officer of Topaz unveiled the new corporate and divisional brand identities of the company. During the event, he was quoted saying, “Topaz has developed a new business architecture, which is built on the natural synergies of aligned core capabilities and resources. This convergence will see all the Topaz subsidiaries share capabilities, knowledge, resources and facilities to build stronger client value propositions.”

The launch of the revitalized corporate brand was followed by the launch of the new divisional brands; Topaz Engineering and Topaz Marine. Topaz, which has a number of subsidiaries in the marine services and oil and gas fabrication industries will now see a convergence of its businesses into two divisions. The Topaz business units BUE Caspian, BUE Kazakhstan, Nico Middle East and Doha Marine Services will operate under the banner of the Topaz Marine division. Adyard Abu Dhabi and Nico International will operate under the banner of the Topaz Engineering division.

With this convergence, Topaz Marine and Topaz Engineering now constitute formidable strategic divisions, with the requisite size, scale and resources to become global leaders in their respective industries.

Topaz Marine, a 90+ vessel owning and operating company will now operate through three strategic business units -Topaz Marine MENA, Topaz Marine Azerbaijan and Topaz Marine Kazakhstan.

Topaz Engineering will operate through four strategic business units – Topaz Fabrication and Construction, Topaz Marine Repair, Topaz Ship Building, and Topaz Maintenance Services.
